Shruti Patil | Engineering Team Lead
Shruti currently works to lead the advisory, preliminary engineering and asset management team to analyze the performance of upcoming and existing solar and BESS assets. She uses a range of technical tools such PVSyst, Helioscope and PVCAD along with electrical and production data from DAS systems to calibrate the performance of solar arrays. She previously worked as a research assistant at Northumbria University where she worked on forecasting models of solar irradiance using Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) and Persistence models. Shruti holds a master’s degree in electrical Power Engineering specializing in Solar Photovoltaics from Northumbria University, UK.
